March 2022 Special 2: Rumi

This special unlisted collection includes only pottery pieces found after the 2011 tsunami. The pottery below will be finished into a symmetrical pendant and made into our Rumi Necklace style. The Rumi Necklace has remained our most popular Nozomi item, ten years in a row! 

Rumi Necklaces are named after the sister-in-law of one of our staff. Rumi lost her life in the tsunami and is one of the unsung heroines of the disaster. Read more about Rumi here. 

Rumi Necklaces use sterling silver or gold-filled delicate link chains and are 18" long. Our artisan team will choose between gold and silver for each piece depending on what we think matches the pottery best. Please note that the product photo below does show the actual pottery piece that you will receive, although the orientation and size may change.
